DevOps Engineer responsibilities include deploying product updates, identifying production issues and implementing integrations that meet customer needs and execute and automate operational processes fast, accurately and securely.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement integrations requested by customers
-Deploy updates and fixes
-Provide Level 2 technical support
- Ability to investigate and fix occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
- Perform root cause analysis for production errors
- Perform Daily, Weekly and Monthly system administration Health check activity.Investigate and resolve technical issues
- Develop scripts to automate visualization
- Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenanceMonitor performance and maintain systems according to SLAManage network servers and technology toolsEnsure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models
