Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior R&D Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the research and development of cutting-edge technologies in the fields of hardware engineering, software engineering, full stack engineering, microprocessors, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Neural Networks, Post Quantum Encryption and Security. The ideal candidate should have a rich expertise in standards and regulatory compliance, with a focus on the IoT, Defense, Security, High Power Computing, Virtual Energy, and Medical Technologies sectors.
Responsibilities:
Lead the research and development of innovative technologies in the fields of hardware engineering, software engineering, full stack engineering, microprocessors, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Neural Networks Post Quantum Encryption and Security.
Design and develop circuits, hardware, and software for various applications, including IoT, Defense, Security, High Power Computing, Virtual Energy, and Medical Technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize research opportunities, develop project plans, and execute research projects.
Conduct thorough research and analysis of emerging technologies, trends, and industry developments to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Develop and implement algorithms, models, and frameworks for various applications, including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Neural Networks.
Ensure compliance with standards and regulations, including Post Quantum Encryption and Security.
Collaborate with industry partners, academia, and government agencies to advance the state of the art in relevant fields.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and researchers, providing technical guidance and support as needed.
Publish research papers and present findings at conferences and industry events.
Continuously stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in relevant fields and incorporate new technologies and techniques into research and development projects.
Requirements:
Master's degree in a related field, such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Artificial Intelligence.
At least 10 years of experience in research and development, with a focus on hardware engineering, software engineering, full stack engineering, microprocessors, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Neural Networks, Post Quantum Encryption and Security.
Proven track record of innovation, with a portfolio of patents, research papers, and successful projects.
Strong expertise in standards and regulatory compliance, with a focus on the IoT, Defense, Security, High Power Computing, Virtual Energy, and Medical Technologies sectors.
Strong programming skills in languages such as C, C++, Python, and MATLAB.
Experience with hardware design tools such as Cadence, Synopsys, and Mentor Graphics.
Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Neural Networks principles and applications.
Experience with Post Quantum Encryption and Security protocols and technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
