Position Overview: The Director of International eCommerce is tasked with driving growth for the brands Cosmetics and SKIN brands in international markets. Their role focuses on optimizing digital revenues, enhancing the digital shopping experience, and facilitating seamless international operations. Responsibilities: · Digital Expansion: Spearhead revenue growth through direct online channels, including but not limited to websites. · Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with Global eCommerce Lead and International Business Development teams to optimize digital retailer strategies in markets beyond North America. · Localization: Develop tailored strategies by market, emphasizing brand stories, educational content, and user experiences. · Relationship Building: Engage with cross-border vendors, exploring avenues to enhance user acquisition and revenue growth. Re-evaluate existing cross-border partnerships when necessary. · SEO and Mobile App Collaboration: Work with SEO and mobile app teams to boost organic traffic and facilitate purchases on D2C platforms. · International Reporting: Oversee direct campaign reporting for UK, EU, and other regions while ensuring weekly performance analysis. · Audience Engagement: Collaborate with marketing and media teams to optimize audience targeting and enhance funnel conversions. Coordinate with CRM for market-specific retention strategies. Requirements: · Experience: Minimum of 8 years in ecommerce, with essential experience in UK and European markets. · Expertise: Proficient in extending the digital reach of consumer brands outside North America. Comprehensive knowledge of Amazon.com and retailer.com ecosystems is a plus. · Skills: Strong forecasting abilities, experience managing complex assortments, and adeptness with Commerce tools like Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Familiarity with analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Google Analytics. · Personal Attributes: Proactive, multi-tasker, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
