Sr. Business Systems Analyst to support Salesforce and provide data analysis for our large banking client - 32506
Location Address: Hybrid - Downtown Toronto - 1x / week (Wednesdays) - need candidates in GTA
Contract Duration: 6 months
Possibility of extension
Schedule Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm - Monday-Friday; standard 37.5 hrs/week
Story Behind the Need
Business group: GWMS Customer Relationship Management - We do Salesforce development for GWM Technology
Project: Salesforce analysis for Global Wealth Management - part of a continuous agile lab that is funded to operate and delivery Total Wealth 360. This is a Salesforce Org for all Canadian Wealth Management.
Typical Day in Role:
• Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies
• Gathers requirements from business units and translates those to programmers and developers
• Writes user stories on JIRA and documents artifacts through Confluence
• Perform user story mapping, create user journeys
• Help prioritize and refine product backlog
• Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) 10 + years’ Business Technical/System Analyst experience - we want this person to be hands on with technical knowledge
2) 5+ years' configuration / Support experience with Salesforce
3) 3+ years’ experience with Financial Service Cloud (FSC)
4) 3+ years’ experience with Data Modeling, Data Mapping and creating Data Dictionaries
Nice-To-Have Skills:
• Salesforce Certifications - Salesforce Admin Certification is a huge plus and will be prioritized*
• Experience producing Swimlane Diagrams, User Journeys, UI Mockups & Wireframes
• Experience leading a BSA team for an end-to end delivery, implementation, or digital transformation project
Best VS. Average Candidate:
Communication skills are really important here, need to be able to articulate knowledge well; host and lead meetings; best would have experience leading a team for an end-to end delivery, implementation, or digital transformation project; strong recent Salesforce experience.
