Fullstack Developer (React/Node)
Position: Fullstack Developer (React/Node)
Rate / Compensation Total Package: $75.00 - $89.00 / HR INC.
Duration: 3 months + Extensions(s)! (up to 2 years depending on work needs)
Location (On-site vs. Remote): Toronto, ON (Currently Fully Remote but may change to Hybrid)
Typical Day in Role:
• Analyze and oversee the team’s development efforts working towards successful code delivery
• Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship
• Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits
• Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain different applications
• Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards
• Work with Delivery Leads and BSA’s to articulate efforts and compile estimates
• Demonstrates knowledge of staying current on industry best practice and secure coding
• Tech stack: Javascript, ReactJS, NodeJS, and Cloud Applications
• Full stack role will be 50/50 front end and back-end
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) 10+ years’ progressive working experience as a Full Stack Developer working in the IT industry in roles like developer and team lead
2) 2+ years’ experience with ReactJS
3) 2+ years’ experience with NodeJS
Nice-To-Have Skills:
1) Experience with Cloud applications
2) Extensive experience in designing and developing enterprise grade software
3) Experience from FI/banking
