8 to 10 yrs Exp.BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role- Portfolio of design projects- Proficient in industry tools such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Visio, Project, Excel and PowerPoint- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)- Define and refine user personas- Collaborating with UI and UX Designers, as well as Software Testers, to ensure that each app is presentable and in perfect working order- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop and similar tools- Conceptualizing and formulating solutions/application designs that are suitable for use on all types of media- Team work, strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders- Good time-management skills and ability to manage your workload with minimal supervision- Excellent coding and proofreading skills. Creating solution build, updates including bug fixes and additional features, for releases and manage backlogs- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets- Build page navigation buttons and search fields- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders- assessment of existing information architecture and identify areas for improvement, including content inventories and audits- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
