About the Opportunity: My client is looking for 2 X Sales Engineers/Solution Engineers with a focus on IT Networking. The ideal candidates will excel in customer interactions, solution crafting, and spearheading projects. Key attributes include a balanced blend of business insight and technical expertise, outstanding communication prowess, and the ability to navigate high-stress scenarios with efficiency. Responsibilities: • Collaborate intimately with the Sales Team, engaging directly with clients to grasp their technical requirements and craft network solutions aligning with their objectives and business context. • Develop persuasive proposals, address RFPs effectively, and assemble detailed bidding documents. From a technical standpoint, prepare projections, and quotations, and oversee procurement tasks. • Manage project lifecycles from start to finish, ensuring resource allocation, timeline adherence, and scope control. Work in unison with project teams and vendors for flawless project execution. • Build and maintain robust customer relationships. • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive dynamics. • Engage in all aspects of post-sale support. Qualifications: • Deep knowledge of IT network infrastructure, encompassing routers, switches, firewalls, and related technologies. • Expertise in Cisco and Huawei products, with certifications like HCIP/CCNP (or higher) being preferable. • Proficiency in CheckPoint firewalls, Fortigate, Palo Alto, F5 load balancers, Layer 2/3 networking, and Voice/Unified Communications. • Extensive IT proficiency, including systems, servers, storage, backup, virtualization, CCTV, security systems, AV, etc. • Skilled in crafting top-notch technical documents, adept at resolving network issues, and capable of explaining complex technical ideas with clarity. • Eager to continuously update knowledge on new products and emerging technologies. • Proven background in IT Network roles such as Pre-Sales Engineer, Sales Engineer, Network Engineer, Consulting, or project execution. • Ability to work autonomously and within a team, juggling multiple tasks, and prioritizing effectively in a dynamic sales setting. • PMP certification or similar project management qualifications are a plus.
