Network Support Engineer/IT Support (Fresh graduate is also welcome)
職責:
• Handle general IT support and enquiries to end users.
• Support system development and enhancement
• Provide IT Support Windows system hardware and system software maintenance.
• To assist in IT administration and ad-hoc tasks/projects
• Servers and network maintenance
要求:
• Certificate or Diploma or above in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Engineering or related disciplines; And at least 2 years’ experience in the IT helpdesk & Infrastructure areas; And
• Experienced Windows system admin, skilled at troubleshooting system or network issues; And
• Solid knowledge in first-line user and technical support with strong skill in trouble-shooting and soft-skill in handling users; And
• Hands-on experience in using Windows 10, Microsoft Office 2016, 2019, Windows desktop; And
• Basic spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with less experience will be considered as IT Support.
• Working location: Tung Chung/Kwun Tong
