Performance Marketing and CRM Manager – Retail/Beauty – London/hybrid – £60-70K plus package/bonus
The Company and Role
My client is a young company, built upon the foundations of innovative products which have propelled them to the forefront of their market. They are looking to continue this global growth by bringing on a Performance Marketing and CRM Manager.
The Performance Marketing and CRM Manager is a critical role within the team (channels include Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, SEO and CRM). The role will be to work with agencies and set the strategy, hence it is very important that the candidate has experience of working with agencies or has worked for an agency. The bigger focus within the role is Performance Marketing and Paid Search and Paid Social are the core channels. The role is focused on driving growth across the UK and ROI territories and will work alongside a global team.
Ideally you’ll bring 6 years’ experience across Performance Marketing and have operated in the retail/beauty sector. Experience of Google Shopping and agency management is key.
