Soho Digital… We embarked on a digital transformation journey in 2019 with the goal of enhancing member experience, both in our houses and outside. We have now created a proprietary digital platform, and through that introduced a number of digital solutions to improve our member experience including ‘House Pay’, our proprietary digital payment service, ‘House Guest’, our global guest check in service, ‘Connect’ our in-app member to member connectivity platform as well as other functionalities which allow members to conveniently book, pay, consume content and manage their membership digitally. Since launch these digital products have significantly increased our members digital engagement which enables us to support our physical expansion, our new membership types, and acquisitions. In the last 36 months, our digital platform has provided members with a phenomenal experience, that is unique. The future is looking even more exciting. The Role… As a Product Manager you will help drive our House Pay payments product forward to make it a robust, best in class feature, delivering and crafting an ambitious roadmap and work with a cross functional team, either onshore or offshore. House Pay, is an innovative product that is used by both our members and operational staff in the Houses. It helps provide a better service to our members, as a product it encompasses, payments, receipts, insights and feedback. Dealing with ambiguity is a key skill that you have in your armoury. You will be comfortable in a changing environment as the business pushes ahead with its digital strategy, especially in this ever-changing environment in which we find ourselves. On that point, you will need to be a self-starter and motivate others through digital channels and in person meetings. Main Duties… • Manage the backlog within Jira and work with engineering and UX&D teams • Work closely with Operations to understand how the product is working and as you develop and roll-out new features provide them with training, the right comms and be available for feedback • Work with members as you triage existing issues and work on new feature enhancements • Review and provide meaningful data and insight into how the product is being used by House • Run Daily stand ups with your team • Weekly check ins with stakeholders • Work with other Product Managers to help bring updates to fruition • Manage House Pay roadmap • Proactively identify areas of improvement • Engage with end-users testing, training, and issue identification and resolution. • Translate requirements and specifications for features into user stories and associated acceptance criteria • Participate in sprint planning to lead technical development What We Are Looking For… • Previous experience within payments, ideally within a hospitality environment is a requirement. • A minimum of 3 years working as a Product Owner/Manager, creating exceptional Epics and breaking them down into achievable user-stories • Proven experience, working with a variety of stakeholders across a business and with the customer • Keen to work in fast-paced environment where you will juggle multiple, competing priorities simultaneously and make things happen • Work closely with the design and engineering teams in conducting user research, validating product requirements, defining workflows, product architecture and UX design • Low ego and excellent collaboration skills • Hands on experience using agile in an established company • Comfortable leveraging Jira for planning and roadmapping • Thrive in an ambiguous environment; and know how to bring clarity to the teams you lead Benefits… Soho House offers competitive compensation packages that feature global benefits and perks.
