Key Responsibilities:
• Define and implement a product roadmap aligned with our long-term vision.
• Bridge development and design through comprehensive Production PRD.
• Leverage your expertise in Web3 and DeFi to enhance user engagement.
• Lead the product life cycle, from market research to release.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on on-site projects.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to ensure products meet business goals.
• Cultivate relationships with local partners to expand market influence.
Qualification Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of product management experience (Web3, DeFi experience preferred).
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Strong user and market-oriented thinking, data-based decision-making.
• Adaptability in fast-paced, changing environments.
• Academic background in a related field (e.g., computer science, engineering, or business management).
• Proficiency in English; other language skills are a plus
