The QA Manager will be responsible for delivering on routine and non-routine decisions around technical issues both by directing staff and individually. The QA Manager will be responsible for compiling project reporting for executive review. The QA Manager will provide team feedback and participates in employee review sessions. The QA Manager will provide career development resources and opportunities. The ideal candidate will be proficient in leading others, managing staff and an area of the department.
Responsibilities:
Manage and drive continuous improvement, daily releases and test automation efforts. Work to grow team through recruiting, selecting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; appraising, and reviewing job contributions; enforcing policies and procedures. Work directly with QA Director/s to align with department and organization goals. Work closely with project owners and leads to fit in necessary resourcing based on project timelines. years of experience in Quality Assurance or a similar customer-centric technical field. 3-5 years of experience managing a team of 5
professionals. Understanding of QA tools like Jira, X-ray (test case management system) or Charles Proxy experience
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
