The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, machine learning, and distributed systems.
You will be responsible for working with a team of highly technical engineers to design and build high-quality, highly reliable system and software.
You will partner closely with other development teams, quants, and subject-matter experts in our businesses. You will also be responsible for running the platform at scale and continuing to innovate and evolve it.
Responsibilities Work with a small and highly technical team to design and build high-quality, highly reliable system and software Partner closely with other development teams, quants, and subject-matter experts in our businesses Manage and provide support for different IT teams to ensure timely delivery of products Adapt various Prompt Engineering technique to fulfil product requirement Conduct LLM model development, training, testing and deployment Run the platform at scale and continue innovating and evolving it Conduct PoC to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the LLM Model Handle ad hoc projects assiged by management Job Requirements Strong background in computer science, data science or engineering, bachelor required Proven experience as a Software Engineer or similar role Experienced in using AI/ML and more particularly LLMs, eager to apply this rapidly changing technology Experienced in LLM technology is a huge plus, such as HuggingFace, Langchain, Open-source/Proprietary LLM Model (e.g., OpenAI / LLaMA), Vector Store(e.g., Pinecone), Prompt Engineering, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) Experienced in building and deploying a large platform at scale More than 2 years of experience in IT product development, integration with LLM/AI solution preferred Knowledge of ML Model development with Programming Language such as Python, w ith MLOps knowledge is definitely an advantage Working knowledge in GIT/JIRA, cloud computing (AZURE/AWS), database management Basic knowledge in UI/UX frontend design is a plus but not required for this position Knowledge in trading/investment platform is a plus Strong distributed systems and architecture skills Good team spirit to provide help to teammates proactively Please apply in confidence with full resume, current and expected salary to the Human Resources Department, CASH Financial Services Group Limited, 22/F., Manhattan Place, 23 Wang Tai Road, Kowloon Bay or clicking below "Apply" button.
