What youll do:
Resolve organizational and technical issues related to providing technical support
Allocate tasks and monitor their execution
Maintain reports on the execution of technical support requests
Collaborate with clients customers and other departments to facilitate technical support activities
Prepare new workstations
Register users in information systems
Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
Manage computer equipment and software inventory
Participate in projects related to the companys IT infrastructure development analyze and assess technical solutions
Prepare new and update existing technical documentation for the technical support team and users
Contribute to information security measures
What you need to succeed:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
Knowledge of personal computer and server architecture
Excellent knowledge of modern hardware
Experience working with user operating systems such as MS Windows 7 8 10 and Mac OS
Basic knowledge of server operating systems
Proficient understanding of networking technologies
