Role Description Legendarium is looking for a Head of Generative AI Engineering to help our startups. This is a full-time remote position. The Head of AI Engineering will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying machine learning models and algorithms to improve our product offerings (Generative AI). The candidate will also help development of new AI-driven software solutions to support business objectives and work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and design teams in startups to deliver cutting-edge AI experiences to our users.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field 10+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, data science, or related fields 5+ years of experience managing teams of machine learning engineers or data scientists Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, generative ai, llm, statistical modelling, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and related techniques
Experience with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and big data technologies (e.g. Hadoop, Spark, Hive) Experience in software engineering and a proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and Scala Excellent leadership and communication skills and a demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Extraordinary problem-solving skills and business acumen
