Responsibilties:
• Work closely with local and group business stakeholders and external parties on the design and implement health solutions
• Prepare health data solutions including dashboards, analytics and AI-enabled solutions
• Provide key health insights from healthcare data analytics to identify health gaps and trends and present to business units and C-suite stakeholders
• Collaborate across multiple functions and markets
• Design and build healthcare data based/ respository/ data warehouse to enable analytics use cases
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or above degree in medical science, health management, computer science, engineering, public health or related disciplines
• Over 3 years of experience in analytics, ideally in health insurance/ healthcare management
• Strong stakeholder and project management skills
• Familiar with agile methodology
• Strong understanding of health care medical codes and trends
• Experience in handling large healthcare data sets and research such as meta-analysis, systematic reviews
• Hands on experience in Python, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI
• Proficient in data analytics and applying to business, data visualization, machine learning and recommendation engines, A/B testing and experiment design
• Good knowledge in various database technologies (e.g. RDBMS/SQL, NoSQL)
• Strong customer centric orientation and communications skills
