We are seeking a strong leader who will guarantee that our Agile squads are performing at their highest level of delivery efficiency. As the Delivery Manager, you will be accountable for: • Working closely with the business stakeholders and product teams to align their goals • Working closely with the IT engineering, infrastructure, information management, support and UX teams to ensure that they are aligned to deliver on time • Reporting on delivery to the executive team and be able to justify timelines • Building high performing, self-organizing scrum teams • Embedding a culture of delivery in the technology teams • Being a line manager to senior business analysts and delivery leads • Being responsible for recruitment and performance management • Identifying and resolving issues in processes and roadblocks that may arise from time to time • Implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures and governance for our delivery lifecycle • Being the first point of engagement for stakeholder requests and manage timelines and deliverable • Monthly forecasting, project estimations, reporting and road mapping This position necessitates a candidate who is dedicated to cultivating a team environment that fosters collaboration and support.
