We are currently looking for a new Delivery Manager to join our Technology team. We are seeking a strong leader who will guarantee that our Agile squads are performing at their highest level of delivery efficiency.
As the Delivery Manager, you will be accountable for:
• Working closely with the business stakeholders and product teams to align their goals
• Working closely with the IT engineering, infrastructure, information management, support and UX teams to ensure that they are aligned to deliver on time
• Reporting on delivery to the executive team and be able to justify timelines
• Building high performing, self-organizing scrum teams
• Embedding a culture of delivery in the technology teams
• Being a line manager to senior business analysts and delivery leads
• Being responsible for recruitment and performance management
• Identifying and resolving issues in processes and roadblocks that may arise from time to time
• Implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures and governance for our delivery lifecycle
• Being the first point of engagement for stakeholder requests and manage timelines and deliverable
• Monthly forecasting, project estimations, reporting and road mapping

• You are a proven Technology leader that can inspire, lead and influence delivery and business stakeholders.
• Success in this role requires the ability to engage in candid and constructive dialogues with executives, including the CEO, demonstrating the confidence to challenge and push back when necessary to drive effective decision-making and to provide realistic timelines.
• The ability to facilitate the execution of thorough and high-quality requirements analysis by business analysts and provide training to enhance this skill within the team as needed.
• Highly passionate and positive person that can infuse their can-do attitude across all the technology teams.
• Demonstrate an eagerness to mentor and develop staff, fostering their professional growth
• Committed to execution and timely delivery, while effectively balancing technology enhancements with business features
• Proficient in leveraging data and metrics to gauge and enhance effectiveness
• Proven Agile delivery experience and driving a cross-functional team to successfully deliver technology projects.
• Accustomed to thriving in a fast-paced tech environment, characterised by agility and minimal bureaucratic constraints
• Establish a resilient flow of work that can be tracked consistently from the discovery phase to delivery and report on it in a way that is easy to follow
Must have
• Agile project management and delivery experience
• Proven success in project delivery through consistently meeting estimated timeframes
