As an IT Support Engineer, you will be a crucial part of our IT team, responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our technology systems. Your role will involve responding to user queries and technical issues, providing timely solutions to hardware and software problems.
Collaboration is key, as you work closely with internal teams to understand their IT needs and implement effective solutions. You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software, ensuring that all systems are up-to-date and secure.
Troubleshooting and diagnosing network issues, as well as providing technical support for various applications, will be part of your daily responsibilities. Your expertise will contribute to the overall efficiency and reliability of our IT infrastructure.
Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates with a proven track record in IT support roles. A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users are essential.
Skills:
Demonstrated experience with hardware and software troubleshooting, network configuration, and system maintenance is required. Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux) and knowledge of IT security best practices are highly desirable.
Experience:
Previous experience in a similar IT support role, preferably in a consultancy or business setting, is advantageous
