Trustpoint.One is pleased to partner with one of the nation's preeminent plaintiffs' law firms in its search for an Accounting Data Entry Clerk. This is an on-site, contract role out of the firm's New Jersey offices.
This is an immediate need, and the position is expected to last at least 3 months (with the possibility of going longer). This is a great opportunity to work with a plaintiff's firm that focuses on mass torts and cares about its people - their clients and employees.
Experience:
The successful candidate will have:
• 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting
• Law firm accounting experience is a plus!
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business-related discipline a plus!
Skills:
• Highly motivated!
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word (data manipulation and pivot tables experience)
• ProLaw experience a plus!
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, active environment
• Strong attention to detail a must!
Responsibilities:
• Assist with payables process, including invoices, credit card statements, expense report reimbursements, and petty cash
• Assist with corporate accounts reconciliation and payments
• Communicate with external vendors
• Data entry
The hours for this role are full time, in-office 5 days a week. This is a temporary role for 3 months, potentially longer.
Pay Rate: $19-22/hour, commensurate with experience
