Role Description
We're seeking Founding Engineers who are excited to work in an extremely fast-paced startup environment. As a Founding Engineer, you'll work hand in hand with our founder and CEO to help bring our first product to market. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable software. The right person will be excited about working in a hardcore environment and have extreme attention to detail, strong craftsmanship, and a deep curiosity.
This role is in-person in Austin, TX.
Hard requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience
• At least 5+ years of experience in software engineering
• Extreme attention to detail
• Desire to work in a super fast-paced, hardcore startup environment
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and make decisions quickly and independently
Nice to haves:
• Early-stage startup experience combined with big tech experience is a huge plus
• Experience integrating LLMs into production applications also a huge plus
• A deep desire to write Typescript instead of Javascript ;)
• Experience with React
• Enterprise customer-facing experience
Compensation:
• Competitive salary: $140,000-$170,000 base.
