Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Digital Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the success of our digital products by analyzing market trends, developing innovative business models, and collaborating closely with our technical development team. Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish is a plus, and the candidate should be comfortable presenting product ideas to stakeholders at various levels and in various forums including conventions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Market Analysis:
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions about product features and enhancements.
• Business Model Development:
• Formulate and iterate on effective business models that align with market demands and company goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the feasibility and profitability of proposed business models.
• Product Strategy and Roadmap:
• Develop a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives.
• Create and manage a product roadmap, considering market demands, technological advancements, and business priorities.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with the technical development team to ensure the successful implementation of product features.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to integrate a holistic approach to product development.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Present product ideas, strategies, and updates to stakeholders, including executives, investors, and other relevant parties.
• Solicit and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and enhance product initiatives.
• Team Leadership:
• Provide leadership and guidance to a cross-functional product team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Mentor and support junior product managers and team members.
• Internationalization:
• Leverage bilingual proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish to facilitate communication and collaboration with our Latin America teams and customers.
• Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly assess product performance against these metrics.
• Implement strategies for continuous improvement, optimization, and scalability.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 8 + years Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on digital products and services
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful business models for digital products.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience working in an agile development environment and collaborating with technical teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bilingual proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish is a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken forms.
• Leadership experience, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful products.
• Familiarity with digital technologies, UX/UI design principles, and current industry trends.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
