Job Description Responsibilities:
Develop technical skill and product knowledge to deliver technical tasks to the customer Develop soft skill to respond to customer's request and monitor the project progress Implement project, perform testing, install and configure equipment, contain and execute change, prepare document and provide maintenance support for customer's infrastructure and system Provide technical support and troubleshooting for marketing leading ICT products including network infrastructure products, network security products, collaboration solutions and cloud applications etc.
Perform cross platform system integration & end-to-end process automation Opportunity in customer-centric digital solutions development
Who Are We Looking For:
