Should have 10+ years of technology
experience in business analysis for banking domain with 10+ years relevant
experience for handling product & services for CCIB Business
In depth understanding and knowledge of
banking domain across CCIB
Expert in documenting process and SOP’s.
Possess strong functional knowledge on
end-to-end business banking processes and operations.
Should have good knowledge on customer
onboarding & Servicing, Customer Relationship Management
Possess good skills in understanding
existing business process flow and construct to be processes.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication
and presentation skills.
Strong problem solving and decision-making
skills.
Ability to perform system and business
analysis.
Should have experience handling SDLC and
Agile projects.
Should be techno functional to understand
business and as well to understand and interpret technical solutions and
challenges.
Ability to work well under pressure and
make informed decisions.
Strong multi-tasking abilities.
Excellent time organization, stress
management skills and adhere to deadlines.
Flexible with timings and strong commitment
towards taking ownership and ensuring complete end to end tracking of different
initiatives.
Questioning techniques to gather
information at the right level of detail and scope to represent all of the
stakeholder’s needs, and the ability to ask questions that lead to an
understanding of the business need rather than what they want.
