Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a CCaaS Cloud Engineer who will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's cloud-based contact center solution. The CCaaS Cloud Engineer will be working with the company's development team to design, build, and deploy the infrastructure and software necessary to run the platform. The CCaaS Cloud Engineer will also be responsible for ensuring proper scaling, security, and reliability of the company's CCaaS platform. Qualifications and Skills: Software Development Skills: • Proficiency in Python, Java, and traditional web development tools. • Demonstrated experience in developing robust and scalable software solutions. Infrastructure Skills: • Proficiency in managing virtual machines, networking, containers, and microservices. • Ability to design and maintain scalable infrastructure solutions. Cloud Computing Skills: Hands-on experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. • Proficiency in deploying and managing services within cloud environments. Linux Proficiency: • Command-line proficiency and experience in monitoring and logging in Linux environments. • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Linux-based systems. Database Skills: • Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases. • Familiarity with data warehousing technologies and data management. Methodology Expertise: • Familiarity with Agile methodologies for iterative software development. • Knowledge of DevOps practices and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Communication and Problem-Solving: • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively within teams and with stakeholders. • Strong problem-solving abilities to address technical challenges and provide innovative solutions. Educational Background: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred). CCaaS Platform Management (Bonus): • Experience in managing and maintaining a Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platform is advantageous
