Position: Lead / Senior Developer (PHP, Nodejs)
We are looking for a
• * Lead / Senior Developer (PHP, NodeJS)**.
In this role, you will lead a team of developers who will be responsible for working on innovative A.I chatbot and business messaging solutions and integrating with other platform/ systems.
• * Responsibilities**:
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate these into technical requirements for our development team. Make sure our business goals are aligned with the development team & technologies used.
- Management of the development and customization of Enterprise A.I chatbot projects
- Planning and documenting technical specifications for features or system design
- Managing a coders team in the development, coding, testing, QC, and debugging for each sprint
- Leading implementation of testable, scalable and efficient code and leading code reviews
- Mentoring coder members and ensuring they adhere to determining software quality standards
- Implementation and management of all our 3rd parties with API connections (CRM, eCommerce, Ticketing System etc)
- Supporting the operations team for potential post-implementation issues.
- Creation and testing of software prototypes.
• * Requirements**:
- 5+ years of excellent work experience building, scaling, managing high-performing RESTful APIs using NodeJS.
- 5+ years of excellent work experience with both relational and non-relational database systems.
- Good knowledge of any of these JavaScript frameworks:
Angular
JS, React
JS, VueJS, etc.
- Experienced with containers and microservice architectures.
- Knowledge of CI/CD and automated software testing methodologies.
- Strong communication skills with a hands-on approach.
- Able to contribute effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and agile environment.
- Experience in pre-processing and post-processing data optimization and management.
- You enjoy exploring & working with new technologies & new ways of doing things.
- You are a team player who works across team boundaries to get things done, is willing to wear multiple hats when needed, and does what is best for the product.
- Excellent experience and understanding of architectural patterns for a large, high-scale data platform (e.g., well-designed APIs, high volume data pipelines, efficient algorithms).
You will be working from 10 AM - 7 PM for this position.
