Designation : Senior Test Engineer (Manual + Automation) Experience Required : 7 to 8 Years Job Location : Chicago, Illinois Shift Timings : 8 AM - 5 PM (Mon-Fri) Job Functions / Responsibilities: Must-Have Skills : Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills Can work with hardware, application, and other cross-functional teams(hardware development team, software development team or software Verification & Validation Teams) to effectively resolve technical hurdles Hands-on experience in defining and maintaining various test metrics and reports. Hands-on experience with various firmware sub-system level testing Hands-on experience in Test management and Bug tracking tools like Jira, TestRail Candidates should have a fundamental understanding of healthcare systems, workflows, and terminology and be aware of wearable systems testing. Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Health Information Management (HIM) is a plus. A basic awareness of healthcare regulations such as FDA QSR, EUMDR, and ISO guidelines, including 21 CFR Part 11 Embedded software and firmware testing with hands-on expertise on various lab equipment Intermediate skills in automation languages like, Python and robot framework Knowledge of converting manual test cases to automation test script or can debug/maintain the defined Test scripts Experience in at least one of the following : Enterprise software testing (Web, Mobile Apps) Cloud application, Cloud Services & APIs, Inter-cloud, and cloud interoperability testing Knows communication protocol, WIFI, and BLE to debug OTA packets by packet capturing tools i.e., Wireshark Nice to Have: Experience working in onsite-offshore model. Working knowledge of Linux Debugging Tools: oscilloscope, logic analyzer, Wireshark, Vector-cast ISTQB or relevant certifications Education Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in EE/CS or similar
