The Presentation Designer is a highly visible and impactful role that will report to the Creative Services Director and is responsible for working with Execs and Managers to re-design our Financial Report, create new templates, and pull together all data, copy and image assets for Financial Reporting needs. This is a temporary Maternity Leave contracted position, full time, remote-based.
In this role, you will:
• Work directly with stakeholders (Executives, Managers, and others across the organization) to re-design our Financial Report.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to find clear and concise ways to present data and messaging within presentations.
• Use existing Corporate Branding guidelines as framework for design elements.
• Create charts, tables, and graphics (including infographics) as needed.
• Present design rounds to stakeholders, collect and implement feedback.
• Create templates for the new Financial Report.
• Deliver critical Financial Reports on time.
Ideally, you have:
• An Early-Riser schedule – We’re looking for someone to start their day by 7am PT in order to overlap with European offices.
• Design degree or relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years of professional design experience, including presentation design and corporate decks.
• Deep experience designing and working with corporate Financial Reports.
• Familiarity with IFRS in context of building Financial Reports.
• Comfort with, and accuracy in handling, numbers/charts/tables/etc.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel & Adobe Creative Suite software.
• Ability to create high quality visual presentations.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work across multiple teams and levels of the organization.
• Ability to handle design feedback and deliver on time.
• Great organizational/project management skills and a detail-aware mindset.
• Strong understanding of design principles and typography.
• Portfolio with relevant examples of Financial Reports required.
