PostGrid is a fast-growing startup that enables businesses to automate their offline communications. We're building APIs that allow our users to send letters, postcards, and checks around the world without ever touching an envelope. We're looking for software engineers who will help us transform the way people work with direct mail. You also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code. Roles and Responsibilities: Architect and maintain scalable REST APIs that can serve a multitude of use cases without breaking backwards compatibility Optimize existing NodeJS services by unlocking performance opportunities with Rust Create internal tools that enable our sales and logistics teams to better serve our customers Write clear API documentation and guides that enable developers to better use our APIs Collaborate with our founders to generate growth ideas and improve existing processes We're looking for somebody who has: Professional experience writing APIs with NodeJS, TypeScript, and MongoDB Professional experience with TypeScript and React Experience creating API documentation and communicating with customers Experience working with automated testing frameworks Strong technical writing skills Bonus points for experience with Rust/C/C++ Bonus points for experience with Retool
