Role: Senior Backend Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Developing and maintaining back-end applications.
• Collaborating with product managers, and other developers to create scalable software solutions.
• Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code that meets industry standards.
• Testing and debugging software to ensure high-quality and error-free products.
• Creating and maintaining software documentation, including technical specifications and user manuals.
• Managing project timelines and ensuring deliverables are completed on time.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in software development.
Requirements:
• 5 years of experience as a Backend engineer, DevOps/SRE, system engineer, or network engineer, preferably at a high-growth company
• Extremely thorough understanding and experience with cloud-based distributed systems and how they work.
• 5+ years of experience in building containerized applications and using relevant tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Proficient in 2-3 backend languages (C/C++, Go, Python)
• Familiarity with databases and in-memory caches: MongoDB, Redis, SQL, and NoSQL databases
