Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the design and development of the delivery, operation and maintenance products of Volcano Engine hybrid cloud storage and middleware products, and providing enterprise-level storage and middleware product services for ByteDance's internal business and Volcano Engine customers 2. Technical planning and architecture design : Deeply understand the general capabilities and architecture of each storage product, and in privatized delivery and operation and maintenance scenarios, use leading architecture design and R&D capabilities to solve various complex problems in delivery and operation and maintenance scenarios, and complete high-quality project implementation 3. Create ultimate efficiency: Deeply understand the characteristics of the entire process of hybrid cloud storage product development and delivery, and continue to improve R&D, POC, delivery and after-sales efficiency 4. Improve product intelligence capabilities: Deeply understand large-scale system operations, combined with AI for System capabilities, to achieve The product's native autonomy capabilities and the commercialization of autonomous tools can provide customers with ultimate business continuity and low operation and maintenance capabilities.
Qualifications
1. In-depth understanding of the Linux system, familiar with distributed system principles and common architectures 2. Familiar with at least one of Go/Python, Have high self-requirements for project quality, and those who have open source community code contributors are preferred 3. Those who are familiar with container technology, cloud native technology, and distributed coordination services are preferred, including but not limited to Kubernetes, ZooKeeper, Etcd, Prometheus, etc., and those who have Source code level understanding is preferred 4. Applicants with experience in cloud management platform, DevOps, storage, middleware and other product development and delivery are preferred 5. Applicants with experience in hybrid cloud and private cloud related products are preferred
