Android Developer (Fully remote - £50/£55k) Our cutting-edge client who develop mobile products for a blue chip base, are looking to recruit an Android Developer to join their pan-European development team, this is a fully remote role offering a salary in the region of £50-£55k plus benefits to the right candidate.
You will be a self-starter, with strong communication skills, who can offer creative ideas to the team. With a minimum of 4 years of Android development experience, you will have demonstrable Kotlin development skills as well as proven understanding of Android SDK including JetPack.
You will also be able to demonstrate a good understanding of most of the following:
• Application Architecture & SOLID principles
• Dependency Injection (Dagger2)
• Commonly used frameworks such as Retrofit, RxAndroid
• SQLite/Room Database
• Ability to develop pixel perfect screens from designs
• Test-Driven Development including JUnit tests & Android Tests
Candidates will be asked to take a short online test as part of the interview process, with an ASAP (ongoing) start date available for the right candidate
