Job Summary :
As a Senior Architect at our firm, you will lead the architectural design process with a creative and innovative approach.
You will be responsible for managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring high standards of design quality and functional efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
Design Leadership : Oversee and direct the creation of architectural designs, ensuring they meet client requirements, aesthetic standards, and are within budgetary constraints.
Encourage creativity and innovation in design practices.
Project Management : Coordinate with project teams, including engineers, designers, and contractors, to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
Client Interaction : Engage with clients to understand their vision and requirements. Present design proposals and adjust designs based on client feedback.
Ensure client satisfaction through the project lifecycle.
Technical Proficiency : Utilize architectural design software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Photoshop, SketchUp, Revit, and Grasshopper to create detailed and precise architectural plans.
Stay updated with the latest software developments and best practices.
Mentorship : Mentor and guide junior architects and interns, fostering an environment of learning and professional growth.
Provide feedback and direction to enhance team skills and performance.
Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
Liaise with local authorities for approvals and permits.
Research and Development : Stay abreast of the latest trends in architecture, materials, and technologies. Incorporate innovative ideas and sustainable practices into designs.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design, with a proven track record in leading projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work.
• Expertise in architectural software like AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Photoshop, SketchUp, Revit, and Grasshopper.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Professional architectural license preferred
