Responsibilities:
Actively explore and assess investment opportunities in the Gen AI field, systematically research, track and collate the development and latest trends of the Gen AI industry.
Execute due diligence, investment value analysis, financial forecasting, valuation, and demonstrate investment feasibility.
Design rational investment methods, structures, and strategies, complete business negotiation, and agreement signing.
Manage post-investment and value-added services for existing projects, maintain relationships with partners. Qualifications:
Master's degree or above, preferably in computer science, communication engineering or related fields. Solid professional foundation, strong learning capability, and good English proficiency.
At least 3 years of experience in primary market equity investment. In-depth understanding and research into the Gen AI industry.
Proficient in due diligence, financial analysis, valuation modeling, and industry research.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and summarization skills. Results-oriented and achievement-driven mindset.
