Responsible for overall quality of projects and leading and managing a functional and technical QE team

Responsibilities
• Developing and enforcing robust Automated Software QE strategy, practices, and processes
• Collaborating with project, business, and QE teams to develop detailed automated scripts and test frameworks
• Ensuring overall quality of projects through effective QE leadership and management
• Building, leading, and managing a functional and technical QE team
• Providing leadership and expertise throughout the entire QA lifecycle
• Enhancing test and automation coverage
• Maintaining defect leakage and robust test automation
• Planning and estimation of test automation and delivery
• Overseeing technological delivery of automation solution roadmap
• Defining and implementing test automation strategy
Requirements
• 10-14 years of overall testing experience with at least 8+ years of in-depth experience in test automation
• Experience with QE for distributed highly scalable systems
• Strong hands-on experience in Java/JavaScript programming languages
• Strong experience on UI & E2E test automation tools like Selenium, Cucumber, Cypress, WebdriverIO, etc.
• Strong exposure on API automation tools like Rest-Assured, Karate, SOAP UI
• Experience in CI/CD tools and Cloud tech like AWS and GCP
• Knowledge of JMeter, Load Runner or equivalent performance testing tool
• Knowledge of JAWS, PA11Y, Axe, WAT, HTML validator or equivalent accessibility testing tool
• Knowledge of Burpsuite, Zaproxy or equivalent security testing tool
• Knowledge of methodologies and approaches such as Agile, BDD, DevOps
• Expertise in client consultation and thought leadership in defining strategies
• Mentoring and technical skills development of team members
• Advocating for test automation and enhancing team's technical skills
• Lead design and architectural reviews of automation solutions
• Track and report testing activities
• Arabic speaker only
• Open to travel or relocate to Riyadh, KSA
