Join The Total Office in Saudi Arabia as an Estimator/Designer and be a key player in achieving our goals. As part of our team, you'll provide accurate estimates, conduct space planning, manage orders, and support sales initiatives. Your creativity will contribute to attracting new business, and your excellent communication skills will maintain strong vendor and client relations.
Responsibilities will include:
Estimation and BOQ:
• Collaborate with sales and creative teams for accurate cost estimation.
• Analyze specifications and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
Space Planning and Superimposing:
• Meticulous space planning with 3D renderings.
• Visualize furniture layouts using superimposing techniques.
• Ensure timely and accurate Order Processing:
Sales Support:
• Assist Sales with concept designs and presentations.
• Interpret and conceptualize client design objectives.
Materials and Finishes:
• Maintain knowledge of products, textiles, and finishes.
• Research and recommend new materials.
Stakeholder Relations:
• Maintain client and vendor relations.
• Foster relationships with Interior Designers, Architects, etc.
Requirements:
• Solid knowledge of Google SketchUp Modelling and 3D rendering work of office interiors and furniture
• Strong knowledge of Auto cad to handle 2D drawings and space planning
• Saudi Arabia experience & Commercial Furniture experience is a MUST.
