Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through to completion, ensuring adherence to design, budget, and timeline requirements
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and goals, and translate them into innovative and functional design solutions
- Provide technical expertise, mentorship, and guidance to junior architects and design team members
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and assessments to ensure design and construction quality, and compliance with regulations and standards
- Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and documentation to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture, and integrate them into project designs
