Network Engineer (Without Backfill, work in Sg)
Provide day to day network management services for all offices network equipment -Onsite for 2 Singapore Offices, Remote support for India, Malaysia and Work From Home (WFH) Network.
Administer the network by provide administration, configuration and
management of network equipments, softwares, accounts and related tools. Conduct testing and verifiation at end of all network changes to ensure full up time and minimise adverse impact.
Manage and maintain up-to-date configuration documentation of network
assets.
Managing network equipment inventory (addition, replacement, decomission) and spare inventory movement.
Provide facilities management support for network rooms (Physical access control, utilities management, vendors escort& supervision, maintenance& expiry alert and equipment relocation).
Network performance monitoring (Daily), utilization analysis (Monthly) and design review (Half-yearly) with trend analysis.
Provide Fault and Security management on network equipments.
Provide requirements gathering with guidance from business (venue sales and commercial teams) as event tech support in related event activities.
Support business hour operatio: Mon to Fri (0830 hrs to 1800)
Engineer will be eligible to 14 days of Annual Leave and up to 14 days of Medical Leave.
Any standby or overtime performed for urgent or scheduled maintenance after designated support hour will be given equivalent off in-lieu or being charge via additional Service Request/ Change Request.
Remarks: Resources will include CCNA certification
