• Assist in Network management, software development, IoT integrations. and database administration
• Assist in Hardware installation support & repair, inventory management, and health checks.
• Assist in product testing, launch planning, internal documentation, and public announcements
• Assist in designing and assessing the effectiveness of technology resources already in use or new systems
• Work with external partners, consultants, agencies, and vendors, to arrive at the most appropriate system or integration of multiple systems.
• Stay up-to-date with technology trends
• Respond and attend to any urgent system errors promptly
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, or a related field
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
• Proficient in office software applications, including Word and Excel
• Knowledge of crisis communication planning and execution
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Energetic, independent, patient, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to cope with new change and can work under pressure
