Position: Staff Accountant
Job Description
As a Staff Accountant, you play a pivotal role in supporting our growth, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, and collaborating closely with team leads. This is an outstanding chance to enhance your professional development by gaining exposure to tax, audit, and accounting projects. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, effective communication skills, and a solid understanding of tax, audit, and accounting principles.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the tax team to prepare tax returns.
Work alongside the audit team to create financial statements and conduct audits.
Partner with the accounting team to deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual bookkeeping and accounting services.
Provide timely, high-quality client service that exceeds client expectations.
Ensure continuous professional development through ongoing education and pursuit of additional certifications as appropriate.
Address routine client tax, audit, and accounting queries.
Stay abreast of firm capabilities in all compliance areas and appropriately promote these activities to clients.
Undertake research and contribute to special projects as required.
Qualifications

Reasonable knowledge of tax, audit, and accounting principles.
Salary Range
$130,000 - $150,000
