They are currently undergoing a strategic initiative to enhance our data governance and management capabilities by implementing cutting-edge software solutions. To drive this initiative forward, they are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. The role: • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and data governance experts, to gather and document detailed requirements for the new data governance and management software. • Analyse existing business processes and data workflows to identify improvement opportunities. • Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. • Design data governance and management solutions that align with industry best practices and regulatory standards. • Research and evaluate potential software vendors in collaboration with procurement and IT teams. • Coordinate the implementation of the selected data governance and management software, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget. • Collaborate with IT teams to configure, test, and deploy the software, addressing any issues that may arise during the implementation phase. • Develop and deliver training materials for end-users to ensure a smooth transition to the new software. Essential Skills • Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, with a focus on data governance and management. • Familiarity with data management software solutions and their implementation in a banking environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently.
