We are looking for a DevOps Architect to join our build & release team
As part of this team, you will work very closely with various development teams across all the business functions. You will be majorly focusing on designing the architecture, CI/CD implementation/automation, evaluation and implementation of end-to-end DevOps tools integration, i.e Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, Nexus, Ansible, SonarQube, ELK, Grafana, and Prometheus etc. You will also be responsible for exploring the new DevOps tools and industry best practices, which will help the organization to improve quality and efficiency. This is a hands-on role requiring some hands-on programming & scripting skills and proven capability in DevOps.
Job Responsibilities
• Scripting –Shell Script, Power shell, Python, Perl, Groovy
• Automation using Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Jenkins etc.
• Programming: Java/Python
• Database: Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL
• Implementation of DevOps tools, i.e BitBucket/GitHub Jenkins, Kubernetes/Openshift, Sonatype Nexus repository, Docker, Ansible, ELK, Grafance etc.
• Support build tools i.e. Ant/Nant, Maven, MS Build
Skills and Experience
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or IT related area
• 9-10 years of experience in DevOps tool. Should have expertise in below skills.
• Automation: Shell, Python, Power Shell, Perl, Groovy scripting
• Deployment tools: Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Jenkins.
• Programming languages: Java and Python
• Database: Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL
• Good systems/infrastructure knowledge of Linux and Windows
• Build tools: Maven, Ant/Nant, MS Build
• CI/CD tools –Jenkins, GitHub Actions
• Artifact repository management tool: Sonatype Nexus
• Static Code Analysis – SonarQube
• Elasticsearch Logstash Kibana (ELK), Prometheus, Grafana
