Responsibilities
• Lead the design and development of advanced algorithms and models for generative AI and NLP applications.
• Implement state-of-the-art techniques to address complex challenges in natural language understanding, generation, and processing.
• Conduct in-depth research to explore novel approaches and methodologies in generative AI and NLP.
• Drive R&D initiatives to enhance the company's intellectual property and maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data science solutions.
• Develop rigorous testing and validation processes for evaluating the performance and reliability of generative AI and NLP models.
• Implement strategies for continuous model improvement based on feedback and evolving requirements.
• Develop and execute the strategic vision for generative AI and NLP projects, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
• Create comprehensive documentation for algorithms, models, and methodologies.
Qualifications:
• 6+ years of experience as a Data Scientist
• In-depth knowledge of natural language processing, deep learning, and generative models.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with relevant libraries and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex challenges.
• Published research or contributions to the field of generative AI and NLP are a plus
