As part of The J.P. Morgan Wealth Management Workplace strategies organization, you will build and lead mission-critical processes, develop data-backed approaches, and design solutions to build a new J.P. Morgan Wealth Management client acquisition channel through new and emerging Workplace Solutions offerings (B2B2C offerings). This team provides critical insights and shapes product strategy ensure cross-functional alignment of goals, and is responsible for quality at scale design and execution of key initiatives.
The J.P. Morgan Wealth Management - Product & Experience – Vice President will work on multiple initiatives to successfully design, develop, and execute on a multifaceted product experience. You will be highly entrepreneurial in nature with both an affinity for strategy, and a proven record of effective implementation.
Job Requirements:
This role will drive the definition and execution of new stock plan account journeys as part of a multi-year roadmap to integrate and monetize an acquired stock plan business. You will independently drive progress across multiple product verticals and stakeholders in a matrix organization that need to design and deliver together to provide a great user experience.
Specific areas of responsibility include:
• Direct strategic thinking and approach, quickly identifying most critical aspects of problem and most appropriate structure on individual engagements across stock plan client onboarding & money movement journeys.
• Partner with Products & Project managers to translate product strategy and define key Wealth Management/CCB “Jobs to be Done”, actional deliverables, and milestones for in scope products
• Work closely with all Product Owners and partners (e.g., technology, design, data, legal, risk, controls, supervision, and compliance) to ensure that work is aligned, prioritized consistently, and delivers a cohesive experience
• Accountable for end-to-end assessments and definition of new capabilities / capability enhancements required to deliver across a matrixed organization of product managers
• Analyze current data & analytics across channels & systems; determine specific tactics and plans to address gaps or drive quantitative improvement
• Identify and drive quick solutions, consensus, and decision making across risks and issues impacting solutions, experience, timeline, and budget
• Actively invest in developing and managing junior team members to deliver with quality and demonstrate problem solving, analytical, communications, and execution skills
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
• 5+ years of experience in wealth management industry, internal JPM Wealth Management experience & expertise strongly preferred
• 6+ years of experience delivering solutions and experiences across complex problems using agile delivery tools and methods
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills – ability to collaborate and build relationships with colleagues at all levels and achieve goals without direct control over resources
• Experience delivering problem statements, user personas, process documentation, epics and user stories, and supporting user experience design/prototyping
• Outstanding written & verbal communication skills
• Advanced Pitchpro, MS Excel, & PowerPoint skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity, ability to act independently, demonstrate leadership and take initiative but work equally well within a dynamic and fast paced team environment
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
• Experience driving delivery in a large-scale organization across multiple stakeholders and scrum-teams with complex dependency management.
