Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Vision:
• Craft and implement a strategic vision for the product, focusing on new verticals like budgeting and financial education.
• Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities to enhance our product offerings.
Team Leadership:
• While there is no existing team, you will have the opportunity to build and lead a product team as the company grows.
• Establish a culture of innovation, excellence, and customer-centric development.
Product Development:
• Manage the product development lifecycle, ensuring that products meet market needs and are delivered on time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development with company goals.
User Experience and Market Insight:
• Integrate customer feedback and market research into product development for optimal user experience.
• Use data analytics to inform product decisions and improvements.
Competitive Analysis:
• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure our product remains competitive.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Must have product management experience in a VC-funded startup environment.
• Demonstrated success in product strategy and launching impactful products.
Skills:
• 3-5 years of work experience in product management.
• Leadership skills with the ability to eventually build and manage a team.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Intermediate technical skills/knowledge is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with the fintech landscape, especially in Southeast Asia.
