Responsibilities
• Experience in customer facing application testing projects .
• Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management system that encompasses all aspects of the organization’s operations, products, or services.
• Develop and execute quality assurance strategies to prevent defects or issues, rather than just identifying and correcting them after the fact.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to IT Quality Control and Quality Assurance team members.
