We are seeking a seasoned
Sr. Data Analytics and AI Solutions Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving our organisation's data analytics and AI initiatives. This candidate will be responsible for leading a team focused on developing and implementing cutting-edge data analytics and AI solutions that align with our business goals and objectives. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for data-driven innovation.
What you’ll do:
• Strategy and Vision: Develop and execute a clear vision and strategy for integrating data analytics and AI solutions into our business processes.
• Project Management: Lead and manage data analytics and AI projects, ensuring they meet business requirements, are delivered on time, and within budget.
• Data Management: Oversee the collection, processing, and analysis of large datasets to uncover actionable insights.
• AI Implementation: Design and implement AI algorithms and models to solve complex business problems.
• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a team of data analysts, data scientists, and AI specialists.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, sales, and operations, to integrate data analytics and AI solutions into various business areas.
• Innovation: Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in data analytics, machine learning, and AI, and assess their applicability to our business needs.
• Reporting and Communication: Communicate complex data insights and the benefits of AI solutions in a clear and understandable manner to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and partners to enhance data analytics and AI capabilities.
• Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and best practices in data management and AI ethics.
What we are looking for:
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or any related fields.
• Extensive experience in data analytics, AI, or related roles, including experience across leadership positions.
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies, machine learning algorithms, and data analytics tools (such as Python, R, TensorFlow, SQL, Tableau etc.).
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
