JR44716 DDQA Live-Die Reliability Senior Engineer We are looking for people who are passionate about reliability and want to be part of a team revolutionizing reliability testing! As a DDQA (Design and Development Quality Assurance) NAND Live-die Reliability Engineer in Micron’s Global Quality team, you will collaborate with technology development teams to predict product failure modes. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with product engineers to develop fault isolation strategies and create new risk assessment methods. You will also orchestrate data feeds from many sources, mash them together and engineer new predictive models to guarantee product reliability with best-in-class testing strategy. Qualified applicants will be proficient in memory product characterization and data analytics. We are looking for applicants who have: • Exposure in memory testing platform is requirement • Hands-on experience with bench (memory debug station) or volume NAND testers is a requirement • Passion in memory cell, periphery and defectivity failure modes, characterization, and modeling • Solid knowledge in device physics and circuits. Knowledge in CMOS/NAND cell reliability physics is a plus • Fundamental experience with statistical analysis and knowledge of reliability statistics • Experience with automating data analytics and scripting. Machine-learning knowledge an added benefit • Ability to drive projects and structural problem-solving independently • Excellent teamwork, communication, and curiosity about new solutions Minimum Qualifications: • 5+ years’ experience in semiconductor related engineering • Understanding of the 3D NAND Fab Processes, Flow and Fail modes • Understanding of electrical specifications, Probe and Param registers • Understanding of Reliability items for CMOS and Array • Familiar with Backend test flow and major failure modes • Strong facilitation skills with ability to clearly communicate complex topics • Real passion for improving product quality to increase customer satisfaction • Multi-tasking and analytical skills • Confirmed ability to deliver and communicate data and findings. • Independently motivated with strong drive to deliver results Education: • BS or higher in Electrical or Electronics Engineering; or Materials Science and Engineering, Physics and related fields GJS: • E4~E5 (minimum requirement to apply: E3) About Micron Technology, Inc.
