SR2 are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join an exciting Tech for Good Scale up. We have been working with this business for many years now and have helped to build & grow their company since its earlier days as a start-up.
They are building a brand-new team within the company and looking for a contract Senior Software Engineer to join and work on their modern tech stack and a brand-new product. This is all Greenfield work so you can expect no technical debt or legacy here.
The role is working full stack, however we are looking for a contractor who would first and foremost class themselves as a Backend Software Engineer with experience in Golang.
Technologies:
Golang, Microservices, Kubernetes, Terraform, Amazon Cognito, Open API, GCP - whilst this is a full stack role also using React, TypeScript and NodeJS.
Skills/Experience:
You've worked in a fast-paced environment and understand the nature of start-ups and bringing new products to the market
Experience with Go
Experienced with the DevOps process (preferably with Kubernetes)
Strong interest in following best engineering practices and following TDD, BDD, CI/CD and Automation
Database experience with SQL, NoSQL or GraphDBs
