The team working on the "Liquidity Layer" project are actively engaged in the development of a non-custodial wallet backend and a multichain liquidity layer. The primary objective is to offer users a smooth, chain-abstracted experience. This mission revolves around simplifying the intricacies associated with the multi-chain landscape, with the ultimate aim of enhancing accessibility for the next wave of users entering the crypto space!
Role:
The company are seeking an experienced Product Manager to ensure that the product aligns with user needs and achieves business objectives. This role demands a high level of ownership and cross-functional collaboration, playing a pivotal role in transforming the product from vision to reality. This role is suitable for an individual with a founder mindset, driven by a strong sense of resourcefulness and determination.
Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive product strategies, roadmaps, and success metrics using a research and data-driven approach.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Manage the end-to-end product development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that meet market demands.
Make effective product trade-off decisions with a balance of short and long-term perspectives.
Engage with industry players, partners, and clients to gather insights, validate concepts, and explore collaborations.
Monitor and analyse product performance post-launch, incorporating user feedback for continuous improvement.
Communicate product vision, progress, and results to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Requirements:
Effective working style with autonomy and resourcefulness.
Strong understanding of blockchain technology, including smart contracts, consensus mechanisms, and tokenomics.
