The Role
A global financial group is looking for an all-rounded IT support
Job duties:
• Provide L1-2 support on users and internal backend infrastructure system
• Monitor and check if there is any improvement on security, operational, technical advice
• Coordinate the project activities between business users and IT team
• Project planning, project management and vendor management
• Provide technical advisory, support, upgrade, manage, documentation, review, testing, design and analyze for infrastructure
Requirements:
• University or equivalent professional qualification
• 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in financial/banking sector
• Experience on Microsoft environment (operating system, server, AD, SCCM...), IP Phone, VC, servers, networking, VDI, Email, printing, mobility, ServiceNow ticketing system
• Good networking skills
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Good language skills, English Chinese (esp. Putonghua)
